The Individual Pension Account is a qualified pension program that gives an opportunity to spare some money for pension and at the same time to use tax relief. In case of IPA there is no obligation to deduct tax from capital gains at the level of 19% (so called Belka’s tax). Such a high relief caused that the legislator has introduced limit in yearly investments, which in 2015 was at the level of PLN 11 877.
